We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect on your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over the financial data, documents, or other content you upload to or process through the Service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYPHERPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to termination. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
