Getting Started
How long does it take to set up?
Most users are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Connect your bank accounts, review your chart of accounts, and CypherPro's AI starts categorizing transactions immediately. Your first reconciliation is usually ready within an hour.
Do I need to know accounting to use CypherPro?
Not at all. CypherPro was built for business owners who aren't accountants. The AI handles categorization, reconciliation, and reporting automatically. You just review and approve — it's designed to be intuitive for non-accountants.
Can I import my existing books?
Yes. You can import historical transactions via CSV, or connect your existing QuickBooks or Xero account to pull in your chart of accounts and transaction history automatically.
Integrations
Which banks do you connect to?
We connect to 12,000+ financial institutions globally through our integration with Plaid and direct bank APIs. This includes major banks, credit unions, credit cards, and payment processors like Stripe, PayPal, and Square.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks and Xero?
Yes. CypherPro works alongside QuickBooks and Xero — you can sync data bidirectionally, or use CypherPro as your primary bookkeeping platform and export reports to either system as needed.
What if my tool isn't supported yet?

Pricing & Plans
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to all features so you can see exactly how CypherPro works for your business before committing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change plans at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the lower rate takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — annual plans come with a 15% discount. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Security & Data
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. CypherPro is SOC 2 Type II compliant, uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, and connects to your bank accounts via read-only APIs — we can see your transactions but can never move or touch your money. Learn more on our security page.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your data at any time — transactions, reports, and categorizations — in CSV, PDF, or direct export to QuickBooks and Xero. Your data is always yours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.
